Covid Protocol & Safety Guidelines

    • At the moment, masks are optional. If you do decide to come in with a mask, a clean new one is needed. If you do not have one, single use masks can be provided for you.

    • A COVID Release Form will be given to you to sign upon arrival before beginning the appointment process.

    • We ask that you keep personal belongings to a bare minimum.

    • Guests are NOT PERMITTED in the facility – please attend your appointment alone.

    • If you arrive early, please wait in your car and text us. We will notify you when we’re ready for you.

    • Please do not enter the facility unless your artist is ready for you to ensure the space is fully sanitized and set up.

Please keep in mind this is a Salon Suite where restrooms are shared with all guests as well as other stylists, artists, etc. Please be mindful and wash your hands when entering and leaving the restroom.

If you’ve traveled within 2 weeks prior to your appointment date we ask you reschedule and assume the proper self isolation measures recommended by the World Health Organization. If you are experiencing symptoms within 48 hours of your appointment please inform us IMMEDIATELY – no penalty will be issued for last minute reschedules associated with COVID19.

    • Cosmetic Tattoo Studios already hold one of the highest levels of cleanliness due to our handling of Blood Borne Pathogens.

    • Every Artist at FakeupxFernanda is certified and trained in Infectious Disease Control & Prevention.

    • In addition to our high level of cleanliness, we’ll be implementing routine disinfection before and after every client and/or after each use of any of the following common areas in the studio; sinks, doorknobs, processing systems, etc.

    • Paperless Consent Forms: QR codes will be available to scan for all paperwork and you’ll be able to complete them through your own mobile device.

    • As always, medical-grade disinfectant is used to reset each station and prepare it for the next client. As practiced before COVID-19, all items used during your procedure are single use.

This protocol is extremely important and it is your responsibility to read over and inform yourself of these guidelines. If the guidelines are not met, you will be asked to go home. All deposits are non-refundable.

These guidelines are excessive for a reason. Please keep in mind we must take extra precautions to keep ourselves and our clients safe.
